A wondrous gem resides in Henbury, Bristol, known as Blaise Hamlet.The collection of cottages that form this picturesque early nineteenth century hamlet are a cosy feast for the eyes.A brainchild of the philanthropist Quaker, John Scandrett Harford, the hamlet was designed by John Nash, and built by Humphry Repton, who may be credited with adapting the area to form this charming locale.The cottages have been owned by the National Trust since the early 1940’s, through they remain occupied, and were originally built for retired servants of the Blaise Castle Estate, in the immediate vicinity.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

All we ask is that it is unused, in its original condition and packaging and that you call to let us know in advance.
